These terms apply to every purchase from Qme (QmeWear), a sole proprietorship run by NAVNEET RATHOR ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

We sell T-shirts printed with the Qme logo and a personal QR code. The QR code opens a web page that shows the links and details you gave us in your order. Products are custom made for each order.

Orders and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on the order page. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.
• Orders are prepaid. Online payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Every T-shirt is custom made, so all sales are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. We send a confirmation to the email address you provide.

Your responsibilities

• Give correct details (name, phone, address, email) and correct links. Printing starts after payment, so please check everything before paying.
• Your page may only link to lawful content. We may disable a page that links to illegal, abusive, hateful, fraudulent or adult content, or to content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Anything you put on your page (links, emergency contact, about-me text) can be seen by anyone who scans your QR code. Share only what you are comfortable making public.

Intellectual property

The Qme name, logo and website content belong to us. You may wear and use your T-shirt, but you may not copy or sell our logo or designs.

Cancellation, refund and delivery

Liability

We are responsible for the quality of the printed T-shirt and for the QR code we print. We are not responsible for the content of third-party links you add, or for a link that stops working because the third-party service changed or removed it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts at the location of our business address in India.
