Qme (QmeWear), run by NAVNEET RATHOR, respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Order details: name, phone number, email address, delivery address, T-shirt colour, size and tier.
• Page content you give us: your links, and, if you buy those add-ons, your emergency contact and about-me text.
• Payment status from Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• If you rate us or share an idea: your rating and your message, linked to your order ID.
• A count of how many times your QR page is opened.

How we use it

To print and deliver your order, to create your QR page, to send order emails and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

What is public

Your QR page is public by design. Anyone who scans the QR code or opens its link can see the name and links on it and, if you chose those add-ons, your emergency contact and about-me text. Your phone number, email and address are never shown on the page.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• Courier partners, only what is needed to deliver (name, phone, address).
• Service providers that run our systems (Google Workspace for orders and email, Cloudflare for the website). They process data on our behalf.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, accounts and legal compliance. Your QR page stays active for the life of your T-shirt unless you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct, export or delete your data, or to disable your QR page, by writing to hello.qmewear@gmail.com. We reply within 2 business days. Some records must be kept by law and cannot be deleted.

Security

We use reputable providers and restrict access to order data. No online system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
